How to read the bag
It is all there. Small, but there.
Eyes
The more awake the owl, the louder the coffee. Closed eyes mean decaf.
Valve
A one-way valve lets CO₂ out and keeps air out. Do not squeeze it, it does not like that.
Strip
Coffee name, origin and weight. Cobalt on every bag, so you can spot us without glasses.
Stamp
Roast date, by hand. Best between day 5 and 30 for filter, day 10 and 40 for espresso.
